The airshow in Kansas City was the first time I’ve had the chance to see the Blue Angels after they transitioned to the new Super Hornet. Maybe it’s just my imagination, but they seemed louder and a bit more agile with the new fighter. Both traits make for a great flight demonstration…but regardless of what they have flown, the Blues have never failed to put on a terrific show.
