This year, Muscatine has been a regular stop for the river cruise boats…I think they will make 11 visits overall, ending sometime in October.
Lately they’ve been coming in late Monday evening and then folks will visit the Pearl Button Museum, Discovery Park, Pine Creek Mill, and a few other places, on Tuesday morning.
It’s funny in a way…the things around you that you take for granted. Other people travel from around the world to experience the Mississippi river, and the small towns that lie along it’s banks.
